Once established, perennial weeds can be very difficult to control in legume seed crops. With limited options available for growers, research on weed control continues to be a priority for MFSA. CND thistle is a weed that can be found throughout many legume fields in the province.. The objective of this trial included testing existing products for their effectiveness in controlling CND thistle and testing tolerance of new products for possible registration.
