Once established, perennial weeds can be very difficult to control in legume seed crops. With limited options available for growers, research on weed control continues to be a priority for the MFSA. The objective of this research was to test existing products for their effectiveness in controlling Canada thistle and to test tolerance of new products to legume seed crops for possible registration.
